Why doesn't BTDarters ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS)?

BTDarters doesn't ship via the USPS due to some bad experiences we had with their service. Firstly, on a next day shipment to Tuscon, Arizona in December 2003, the package arrived at the destination a full day late. By the grace of God, the fish made it OK and BTDarters was refunded the shipping cost. So no big deal, right? Well, on a subsequent shipment to the same location, the next day package was 3 days late!! Again, by the grace of God the fish made it, and the shipping cost was refunded, however, the USPS informed us that if the fish had died, they would not have compensated us! And the package was supposedly guaranteed! So BTDarters decided at that time that our fish are too valuable to let the U.S. Postal Service try to kill them.
