• Live arrival is guaranteed to any state in the contiguous United States. Otherwise, Live Arrival Guarantee may vary, depending on shipping location. Within the contiguous US, all of our fish are guaranteed to be 100% healthy and to your satisfaction upon arrival. We want our customers to be completely satisfied. U.S. Shipping

• Fish are shipped to the 50 United States with some exceptions. Currently, due to fish import restrictions, we cannot ship to the state of Utah. Some other states have different shipping requirements. To be sure that we can ship to your state, please include your full mailing address with any correspondence.
• Our primary shipping method is USPS Priority mail. This is a two- to three-day service. We provide a delivery confirmation number, which can be used to track the package to a limited extent. We ship all Priority shipments on Monday or Tuesday to insure that the fish get to you alive and healthy.
• We offer USPS Express shipment by request. This is usually a next-day service and you are provided with a tracking number to track your shipment.

International Shipping

• We may be able to ship internationally. Please email us to obtain an international shipping quote.

General Shipping

• In addition to the care information on this website, care sheets are provided with every order.
• Fish are shipped with the best of care in Breather Bags and sturdy, styrofoam-insulated containers.
• Shipping cost will be based on the numbers and types of fish that you order. When you submit a fish request to us, we will provide you with a shipping quote.

Payment

• All Prices are in U.S. Dollars. Wisconsin residents add 5.65% sales tax.
• Prices of fish do not include shipping. When you request fish, we will provide you with a shipping quote. There is no shipping cost for pickup orders. For delivery orders, delivery price will depend on your location.
• Payment may be made by Cash (pickup or delivery only), Money Order, Cashier's Check, Personal Check, PayPal, or Credit Card (Via PayPal). Please note: you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay with credit card via PayPal. You simply send your request for fish to us, and we will provide you with an email invoice. The instructions in the invoice tell you how to pay using your credit card.
